Traveling with babies/ toddlers can be a nightmare. In fact, My youngest had growing pains the last trip to Orlando. My first tip is always carry medicine that is easily accessible. If you drive at night I always tell my clients one person needs to sleep as much during the day and invest in headphones.

My husband and I used to drive through the night to ensure the kids would sleep but lately it hasn't been happening as we planned. Last time we did a 10 hr drive in 15 hours. The day we left I pulled out some watercolor reusable books and dvd players with their favorite show and the drive went so pleasant and peaceful. The color books were a game changer.

Traveling can get intense with couples , especially families, please make sure to outline your route and pack the car to where you can grab diapers and clothes fairly quickly. Also food and drinks, this is something little kids do not budge on when they are hangry. I always pack several ziplocks full and plan to stop at gas stations/ buccees for them to eat .
